A complete list of systems we can inspect, monitor and report on are listed below.
Some of the things we will and can do for you are highlighted here.
- Inspect all windows for any leakage or moisture build up, insect or fly accumulation
- Test and operate all fixtures, verify there ate no leaks, no air & hot/cold water function as normal
- Verify that you thermostat is where you set it, make changes if required for non-connected thermostats or mini split / heat pumps
- Check home standby generator ready status, test run if required
- Visual inspection of hot water system for any leaks or system status
- Visual inspection of open areas in your home for any evidence of rodent droppings
- Check furnace or heat system for proper function
- Inspect breaker panel for any tripped breakers - Inspect fault if required
- Visual inspection of basement open areas for any water intrusion
- Visual inspections of ceilings for water damage
- Verification of Fridge & Freezer temps as well as operation
- Verify all integrity of windows and doors & inspect for evidence of tampering or intrusion
- Visual inspection of snow load on roofs - pre-set depth to report or take action determined by homeowner
- Exterior inspection for tree damage
- Summer time A/C inspection and debris cleaning
- Gas, Diesel, BBQ Propane pick up and delivery - Changing of tanks, filling boats on water etc.
- Winter time propane tank clearing and access
- Shovel front steps, application of traction aid/ice melt at owners expense
- Summer time Dock inspection - Check status of boat ties and fender locations
