We use professional equipment that does not burn or over heat teeth, and we ensure each tooth is consistent with the next, properly setting depth gauges so your chain will run smooth and even in the cut.

Our grinders are unique in the fact it will sharpen from the outside in on both teeth unlike 99% of the grinders used by sharpeners.  This assists in reducing heat and gives the chrome wash a cleaner edge and prevents peeling or flaking.

We not not use automated systems that cannot compensate for irregularities or uneven wear.

We also verify our equipment is reading as it should with proper measuring tools, not just relying on the manufacturer to have put the indicator strip on properly.

Knowing what a cutter is and how it works is as important to knowing when it's sharp.

The finder details are what sets us apart from other shops, The fact we do not use CBN wheels also ensures we are not taking off more material then needed. CBN wheels generally run cooler for in-experienced grinders however they take far more material off then needs due to the coarseness of the wheel.
